Women on Wheels Empowerment Retreat 2020
THE EXPERIENCE includes Educational workshops led by fellow rolling women on health & fitness, self-esteem, romance, entrepreneurship, and success!
This event is a rare opportunity to network with other conscious, positive female leaders on wheels in a warm and vibrant setting.
We will broadcast LIVE from the venue speakers to our PUSHLiving Audience on Facebook and Instagram, so if you can’t make it in person, please save the date and look for the live feeds. Our speakers will teach and provide their vast experience on issues that are important to not only ladies on wheels but all those who love and support them! Even the guys on wheels will want to listen and get ready for future planned events at locations throughout the world!
We will also be visiting local travel hotspots via our wheelchair accessible transport!
- “Sabrina’s Beach” Accessible Beach DayFrom 11 AM to 3 PM we will be going to 6475 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach to be a part of this adapted Beach Day experience from the Sabrina Choen Foundation. Sabrina’s Beach uses locally trained volunteers to help get us back in the water and enjoy the sun while we meet other local wheelers who join the fun. They will provide the beach chairs and the muscle to get you back o the sand! So bring your bathing suits and sunscreen and hats, so you don’t burn.
- Wynwood Art District:
We love this eclectic area of great food, drinks, shopping, and ART! You will too as we tour the famous Wynwood Walls filled with top “graffiti artist.” This location is about 30 minutes north of our Miami Beach location, but you will be inspired, invigorated, and feeling like a hip tourist for the experience!
- Lincoln Road: We selected this person (and dogs!) watching mecca for the sheer rolling pleasure! It is flat, and pedestrian-only street with restaurants lining the streets, boutiques and more galleries (Romero Brito for one)! All restaurants have indoor and outdoor areas so we can sit and watch the fascinating Miami Beach lifestyle while we eat from the many international food options and listen to live music
- Savor local food and music! Miami Beach is lively, fun and carefree, but also an epicurial delight. We will be experiencing street tacos, to fine dining and everything in between. With a focus on health and wellness, as we want our wheeling ladies to feel and look great on the inside out…we will dine and enjoy our “Tasting Tour” on Miami!
