PUSHLiving is a publisher, retailer, digital image library, travel operator, educator/trainer, business/marketing expert, and professional speaker service with the mission to elevate disability culture beyond charity and inspiration, to one of real inclusion and opportunity.

PUSHLiving provides valuable resources, information, and services to people with mobility disabilities and those who care about including them in our society.

PUSHLiving Magazine, (a disability magazine) has a publishing focus on travel, business, success, accessible design, sex, relationships, life issues, technologies, disability law, advocacy, employment, wisdom, philosophy, spirituality, emotional well-being, and health. Anything that moves, inspires, enlightens and #ELEVATESDISABILITY is what we share.

We are an online magazine for the Wheelchair Community

Since our inception, PUSHLiving has grown to be a resource that not only elevates our readers, but our writers and contributors as well.

We work with and employ incredibly talented writers with disabilities, as well as utilize models with disabilities for our inclusive stock image gallery pushlivingphotos.com. We provide them with a platform that allows them to showcase their work, while also increasing the awareness of these authentic photos as a valuable resource in advertising, marketing, media, and publications.

The focus of our magazine and podcast channel is to provide specific content that is valuable to those who have mobility disabilities and require structural access, accommodations, and information that enables them to achieve the best wheelchair lifestyle that they can imagine.

PUSHLiving was founded by Deborah J. Davis, a speaker, writer, and entrepreneur with a disability from a car accident at 18 years old, resulting in a C 6-7 spinal cord injury (incomplete quadriplegia).

Our Purpose

The purpose of the PUSHLiving lifestyle magazine is to showcase disabled entrepreneurs, leaders, and personal stories from our community, feature the newest disability products via wheelchair accessible product reviews, promote accessible travel opportunities, and share the news that helps our readers push the boundaries of disability and get the most from life.

Thank you for visiting PUSHLiving and supporting a disability-owned community resource and business that empowers, strengthens, and grows the economic, emotional, spiritual, and physical health of wheelchair users across the globe.

We want to inspire people to see things differently and to want to create change.

We strive to educate, enlighten, and show the way while we transform the thoughts of what wheelchair users can do, and what people expect them to be able to do.

We aim to affect what people are doing to make the world accessible to all.

So together, let’s tell your stories, provide the inspiration, AND show the way.
