Dog Walking Dilemma: How to walk a dog using a manual wheelchair?

In this video story, Deborah explains the difficulty in walking a dog from a chair and issues a design challenge to develop a quick release leash attachment for a wheelchair frame.  She was asked to prepare this video for a University Engineering Program so the students could understand the concepts and develop a prototype.
